Lisiya
Born to a wealthy and important family she was destined for great things, especially when as a child her beauty alone could win hearts. Oh yes, this one will be a senator or more one day. As she grew her beauty, charisma and sly intelligence only reinforced this thought. Even her friends knew it as did her many suitors (even if they were a bit intimated by her height). She has such inner strength, confidence in speaking and grace it really seemed a sure thing. All until a Darth appeared. He was used to getting what he wanted (as they all do) he was easily enarmoured with the alluring tall beauty.
Lisiya wasn't interested at all, in fact she found his advances crude and repugnant. He anger grew and Lisiya's friends quickly intervened on her behalf, some trying make some excuse to placate the angered Darth and the others trying to talk some sense into her.
"What are you doing! He'll kill you no matter how important your family is. Opposing him this way is not the way to do it!
"Not this way" she muttered under her breath "then perhaps..."
The Darth was throughly enjoying his evening. The tall Zabrak's alluring dance reminded him of the twi'liks of Nar Shaddar. The wine, soft lighting. Yes, he was throughly enjoying his evening, especially when Lisiya purred in his ear, "close your eyes my lord"
It's at this juncture that feeling a pinprick at the base of one's neck, really screws up the evening. The Darth wasn't enjoying the evening anymore. In fact, he was uncharacteristically worried. His eyes opened, but the rest of his body didn't respond to throw the Zabrak off him. No matter, this bitch will feel the power of the force. He lashed out with his mind, intent on making his victim suffer enormously. He will crush her mind and leave her a vegetable.
He could hear the screams from his victim and her weight lurch off his paralyzed body. The thump of her hitting the floor. The screams turned to sobs and his evening was starting to get a little better, smug with the pain he was infliciting on this foolish girl.
No, his night was going to get worse. A lot worse as the sobs turned into laughs.
"Oh, you'll have to do a lot better than that my lord"
"I bet you're wondering how, well, that's my little secret that only you, I and my old Jedi friend know about. But I think three people knowing my secret is one too many don't you? Let's fix that. You know, getting killed by your own lightsaber is just really ironic isn't it? Ironic or poetic? You decide"
He heard the distinctive hum and then the red glow as Lisiya brought it close to his face.
"This is a better death than you deserve, but you've wasted enough of my time"
And with that, the Darth's evening ended rather quickly.
Calmly, Lisiya made a holocall to her family's head of security. It's nice being able to get somebody who doesn't ask questions to clean up various messes. It wasn't his first time and knew it wouldn't be his last. And Lisiya was still able to get home in time for supper.

Biography:
Part One: To the Temple
Dae’hir was born to an unremarkable family, just one of thousands trying to forge a living during a rough economic period on the capital world of Courscant. Dae’hir’s father, a minor political figure worked seemingly all the time, especially during Dae’hir’s youth as he was born during the conflict between the Republic and the Sith empire. The only up side was that he lived close to the Jedi temple.
He and his friends would play ‘Jedi’, picking up long sticks and mimicking the duels they sometimes spied the Jedi doing. They even mimicked the buzzing sound of the lightsabers, laughing as the other banged his stick into the others arm after sneaking past his defences. Dae’hir never noticed but many of the young boys began to not want to play this with Dae’hir that much, because he always seemed to start winning and of course like any youngsters they’d begin to pout.
But Dae’hir loved this game and so, his mother would force his older brother to indulge him. Despite the age and strength difference his much older brother still had a hard time ‘beating up’ his younger brother (and trust me, he really was trying, but to Dae’hir it was still just a game and had no idea his brother was really trying to hit him...hard. His laughter as he evaded another almost skull caving blow, only infuriated his older brother all the more and causing Dae’hir jabs to hit home more often, it was a vicious cycle, much to his brothers chagin).
Unknown to Dae’hir a pair of eyes had been watching him. At first out of curiosity at boys playing, but over time with more intent. The eyes losing their curious look, to one of serious contemplation.
And so, one day while playing Jedi the same thing was happening, each dodging the others attacks, jumping back spinning, making the buzzing sounds. After a quick exchange they separated and had the commonplace face off, measuring each other. Then his brother froze and lowered his ‘saber’. He stared over Dae’hir’s shoulder awestruck at what he saw. Dae’hir’s smile left his face as he viewed his brothers and of course knew that somebody was behind him. Still playing the game Dae’hir spun, swinging his stick in a low arc intended to attack the lower leg of whoever was behind him. Four legs quickly jumped up, avoiding the attack. As Dae’hir finished his swing he took up his defensive position with his back to his brother, facing whatever had been behind him. Like his brother, Dae’hir’s jaw dropped and eyes widened. Facing him were two Jedi. Real ones.
“You were right Padawan, he does have potential”
“Thank you Master”
“Come here boy” Dae’hir obeyed after making the buzzing sound of putting away a lightsaber.
“What is your name?”
“Dae’hir Master” he piped enthusiastically
“I am not your master Dae’hir” his stern response wiping the smile from Dae’hir’s face and causing him to bow his head.
Seeing his obvious disappointment “Well, not yet, we shall see young one” causing Dae’hir to look back at the Jedi Master with some hope returning.
“My brother is to be a Jedi?” He was both surprised and kinda happy, now he won’t have to play Jedi anymore. But his initial smile quickly vanished as he realised in the future, he’ll never be able to beat up his brother.
“Maybe, where do you live. We need to discuss this with your parents”
“My son is to be a Jedi?” His father beamed. He thought only of how this will now further his political career. My son is a Jedi...wow, that will carry a lot of weight with his political superiors. “Of course he can go”
“But” His mother, of course interjecting “I can see him?”
“Sorry mi’lady, but that will not be possible for awhile, he will need to focus on his training and not with the emotional entanglements of family”
Dae’hir was just smiling from ear to ear, having no idea what was really being said, only picking up that he was going to the temple. All he could see was the glow of a real lightsaber in his hand with it’s own humm. “I won’t need to make buzzing sounds anymore” he whispered to his brother smiling. His brother just whacked Dae’hir’s head. “What was that for?” “Cause after today, I won’t ever be able to do it again” For all their fighting, his brother really was sad and even moreso because he knew Dae’hir had no idea the enormity of what was about to happen. He was losing his brother today. He ran out, before anybody could see the tears forming. Dae’hir confused, looked around, his mother’s head was bowed, his father smiling and looking at nothing in particular, the Jedi Master still talking something to his parents. Only the Padawan was looking at him, studying him. Dae’hir locked eyes with the Jedi. The Jedi gave him a slight smile and nod and Dae’hir’s dream became true.
His mother held him tightly, kissing him over and over. He father smiling patted him on the back “Be a great Jedi son! HA, my son’s a Jedi”
“Not yet sir, we shall see” but the Jedi Master’s comments truly fell on deaf ears as Dae’hir’s father began having his own dreams.
“Let’s go Dae’hir and we shall show you your new home”
With the awe of discovery Dae’hir passed through what he previously had only ever seen from a distance.
The great doors of the Jedi Temple.

A Shift in the Service
It had been months since the stupid interview/interrogation by military intelligence. Laurin snorted at the greatest oxymoron in Republic life. Still the SpecForce missions were rarely boring and there were plently of them which kept her mind off these matters. Despite her blue skin and rigid ways she had found a home, comradeship among her fellow soliders. It's always dangerous when you get too comfortable, and things were about to change...a lot.
Upon the shuttle returning to republic fleet, a holocron message was awaiting the Captain. "Report to the XO's office immediately" Thinking nothing of it, Laurin immediately went. At the XO's office, his secretary seeing her immediately stood and opened the door "they're expecting you"
"They?" The secretary had the professional look of "don't know, don't need to know, don't want to know"
Upon entering the room the XO was clearly fuming. In front of him were 2 civilians, yet Laurin immediatley knew they were no civilians. They were way too calm in front of the intimitating XO to be simple civilians.
"Ahh, Captain Laurin, it's good to finally meet you" His thick accent immedately giving him away as an Imperial.
"Ok, this is getting interesting" Laurin thought.
"Really?" Then ignoring him address the XO. "You wanted to see me sir?"
"Yes Captain, take a seat"
"These....men are from SIS. This one (pointing at the Imperial), isn't here, and this one has new orders for you."
"Sir?"
The XO, clearly unhappy said nothing and just looked at the SIS gentleman who had yet to speak.
Calmly the man stood and looked directly at Laurin.
"Yes, that's her all right"
"Captain Laurin, I won't waste your time with pleasantrys and we'll get right to the point. This man before you is a defector. He was an Imperial fleet commander. (Laurin's face clearly showing she didn't care at all)
"The Empire is not yet aware of his defection and we've conviced him to return as a double agent, and we need someone to fly him back to Imperial Space"
"You want me to fly him back?" Questioned Laurin, glancing over at the XO who was stubbornly looking out a window while rapping his fingers on his desk.
"Intially yes. And then you are to be his attachee. You are to become our spy in Empire space too. And do you know why Captain?"
"I'm going to assume you already know the answer to that question" retorted Laurin.
"Quite. Because this man was your sisters commanding officer. And she is only listed as MIA, despite the fact you blew her head off on Ilum. As such it will be easy for you to assume her old role in the Imperial Fleet and with his recommendation be granted a higher security clearance. Any questions?"
"Go to hell, I don't take orders from you" spat Laurin.
"You do now...Laurin" The XO retorted, emphasising the fact he didn't say Captain. "Your transfer papers are here signed and approved. Good Luck"
"So that's that then sir?"
The XO was again looking out the window indicating this meeting was over.
Laurin, mainting her composure turned to the SIS agent. "So, when do we go?"
"Right now"

The Questions Begin
Laurin's eyes stared impassively at the man, already having no respect for him whatsoever. No response.
"Your name?" The man repeated.
Laurin's disdain became apparent even to her questioner. Instead she cocked her head to the side in a questioning manner.
The man, while not stupid, got the point.
"Right...then let's get right to it. You're probably curious as to why we are having this interview now"
Laurin took in a deeper breath and let out an audible sigh of impatience. If looks could kill, there wouldn't be much left of the man for the mop up crew to find.
"Right" he began to sweat a little. "SIS was then assigned to investigate your initial claims to the reasons why you defected. They have found all they can about you from their Imperial plants. There are obviously some gaps that we would like filled in."
"Had"
"Had? Elaborate please Lieutenant"
"I put a blaster between her eyes and pulled the trigger" in a voice devoid of emotion.
Then it did come alive after too long a pause. "Ask her why you idiot"
"Because she followed the Imperial dogma. I didn't you bueaurocratic datapad loving nerfherder. Is there a point to all this? In case you haven't noticed the Empire is making plans and executing them all across the galaxy and you're wanting a family history lesson? My job is to kill Imps. How many have you killed? Don't worry, that's a rhetorical question.
"If you want answers, ask me yourself. You know exactly where I'll be. She then left the room in a relaxed unhurried manner.
"Yes sir."
